Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Telesales) to promote our PhD research assistance, publication support, and R&D services. The role involves generating leads through telesales, building strong relationships with researchers, scholars, and institutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, convincing, and client handling skills with the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound telesales calls to generate and qualify leads.
  • Promote academic research, thesis writing, and journal publication services.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
  • Maintain records of calls, interactions, and sales activities.
