We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (Telesales) to promote our Research & Development (R&D) and academic support services. The role involves reaching out to PhD scholars, researchers, and institutions to explain our services, generate leads, and build client relationships. Candidates should have excellent communication and convincing skills to support business growth in the research domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to scholars, researchers, and institutions to introduce R&D and academic services.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Understand research requirements and explain how our solutions can support academic and industrial projects.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Work closely with the R&D and sales teams to achieve growth targets.
Provide feedback from clients to improve services and offerings.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication and client engagement skills.
Good persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building ability.
Knowledge of academic and research processes will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's Degree (Freshers/Experienced candidates can apply).
Prior experience in telesales, business development, or academic services sales is a plus.
