Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to connect with research scholars, students, and professionals, explain our services, and convert leads into clients. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in building trust and generating business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.

  • Explain PhD assistance services such as research support, thesis writing, data analysis, publication help, etc.

  • Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate services.

  • Maintain follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed clients.

  • Update daily call logs, lead reports, and client details in CRM.

  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills in English (Tamil/Hindi added advantage).

  • Confidence in handling calls and explaining services.

  • Ability to convince and build rapport with clients.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling).

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification:

  • Any degree (freshers can apply, experience in telesales/education/research domain is a plus).
