Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Research and understand market trends & competitor offerings

2. Client Interaction

  • Schedule meetings and product demos
  • Follow up with clients for requirements, feedback, and closures
  • Maintain long-term, trustworthy relationships with customers

3. Sales & Conversion

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Present business proposals and negotiate terms
  • Convert leads into business opportunities

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily/weekly reports on leads, calls, meetings, and closures
  • Update CRM or tracking sheets regularly
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to management

5. Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, development, support) for client requirements
  • Assist in onboarding new clients smoothly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Good negotiation and convincing ability
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
