Business Development Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Research and understand market trends & competitor offerings
2. Client Interaction
- Schedule meetings and product demos
- Follow up with clients for requirements, feedback, and closures
- Maintain long-term, trustworthy relationships with customers
3. Sales & Conversion
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Present business proposals and negotiate terms
- Convert leads into business opportunities
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on leads, calls, meetings, and closures
- Update CRM or tracking sheets regularly
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to management
5. Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, development, support) for client requirements
- Assist in onboarding new clients smoothly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
