Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.

Client Communication:

  • Initiate contact with prospective customers.

  • Present company services/products clearly and persuasively.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing clients.

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Understand market trends and competitor offerings.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated with product features, pricing, and value propositions.

  • Provide product demonstrations or presentations when required.

Proposal and Negotiation:

  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and agreements.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals professionally.

CRM and Reporting:

  • Update and maintain client records in the CRM system.

  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance updates to management.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Share market feedback and suggestions for product/service improvement.

Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Continuously work on improving conversion rates and overall business growth.
