Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Executive to drive business development, sales, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Make calls to find and engage with potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to achieve business targets.
Promote and present company services to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and reports.
Achieve sales and business development goals within set timelines.
Required Qualifications :
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills :
- Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus.
