Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.

Position Description

Support the roll-out of the smart tool cart to ensure a smooth and effective follow-up throughout the trial period. Reorganize the data structure and definitions to support and ensure alignment with the dashboard development process

What You'll Do
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the smart tool cart during the trial period, ensuring effective follow-up and promptly addressing any issues that arise within the contract timeframe
  • Reorganize and refine the data structure and definitions to facilitate accurate reporting and ensure alignment with the dashboard development process before the contract concludes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights which assist with the continuous improvement of the smart tool cart and related data management project throughout the duration of the contract
  • Facilitate the roll-out of the smart tool cart, ensuring that all tasks related to implementation and follow-up are completed efficiently within the contract period.
  • Organize and update the data structure and definitions to ensure they align with the dashboard development requirements, finalizing all adjustments before the end of the contract.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to collect feedback and insights, ensuring that all improvements and recommendations are documented and addressed throughout the duration of the contract.
What You'll Need

1.Technical and other Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 4 years related experience preferably in line/ base maintenance of an airlines engineering department or an aircraft maintenance repair organizations or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in project management, Lean Six Sigma projects, or data project

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

  • Recognised degree or equivalent in Engineering, Operations Management, Data or related disciplines.
  • A recognized qualification in data analytics/mining, lean and project management is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
