**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and support data-driven decision-making
- Utilize Python for data manipulation analysis and visualization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleansing
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of data solutions and make improvements as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations
- Support the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members in data analysis techniques and tools
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Demonstrate proficiency in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations
- Have experience in performing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to derive insights
- Show expertise in Python for data manipulation analysis and visualization
- Have excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders
- Be detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Have experience in data governance and ensuring data integrity
