**Position Overview**:
The Key Account Manager in a digital agency is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with the agency's most important clients. This role involves ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and coordinating the delivery of digital marketing services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide strategic guidance.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, technical, SEO, PPC, etc.) to deliver digital marketing solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and manage any issues that arise.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve client goals.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital services.
- Prepare and present strategic plans, proposals, and performance reports.
- **Performance Monitoring**:
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Provide regular performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and client feedback.
- **Revenue Growth**:
- Achieve revenue targets for assigned accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- **Client Advocacy**:
- Represent the client's interests within the agency.
- Ensure the agency's offerings align with client needs and industry trends.
- Advocate for client feedback and work to enhance service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management within a digital agency or similar environment.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools.
