Business Analyst Manager, Enterprise Applications

Based at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.

The Business Analyst Manager, Enterprise Applications manages the enterprise solutions being designed, developed and deployed, in alignment with the overall Group enterprise solution roadmap to ensure HAECO's business values are realized.

• Perform end-to-end project management duties including all aspects of project planning, project implementation, project control, and final delivery achieving quality, schedule, and financial commitments.
• Define project resources and ensure appropriate resources allocation and availability based on established milestones.
• Direct user requirement collection and system design/analysis with the team of business analysts and system analysts. Ensure system architecture design reflects user requirements.
• Communicate with business uses to understand business process and system requirements. Manage client acceptance of the solution and client expectations in line with the agreed statement of work.
• Manage day-to-day relationship with stakeholders and resolution of all issues. Maintain and communicate project status to all stakeholders in reports and status meetings. Produce high quality project artifacts.
• Coordinate with external technology partners throughout the project lifecycle and collaborate on contract and logistics management.
• Provide motivation to project team members throughout the project lifecycle. Promote knowledge sharing of project management best practice.

1. Technical and other Relevant Experience

• 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years of project management experience on complex technology solutions in cross-functional environment and sizable organization.
• Proven experience in ERP project management experience.
• Candidates with SAP Supply Chain or Finance backgrounds are highly preferred.
• Experience in project management methodologies and ability to manage large/complex system integration and application development projects. Experience in managing offshore shared service team in Mainland China and external technology partners for project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work with challenges and adapt quickly to ambiguity and changing priorities. Ability to think out-of-the-box and solve critical issues with high learning agility and under pressure.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of stakeholders across the organization. Communicate ideas and solutions clearly and concisely in both verbal and written dialogue, for technical and non-technical audiences. Proficient in Microsoft Office products and exposure to Microsoft 365 suite of apps.

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

• University Degree education in computer science, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• PMP or SAP certification preferred.
