Key Responsibilities
Attendance & Payroll Management
- Manage daily attendance, leaves, and shift data through HRMS software.
- Compile and process monthly payroll inputs with 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate with payroll teams/vendors for salary processing.
- Manage attendance discrepancies, leave requests, and biometric system updates.
Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and internal references.
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth joining formalities.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation in HRMS.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, ID cards, and other employee documents.
- Support employee engagement, office culture, and administrative coordination.
- Address daily HR-related queries professionally and promptly.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all HR documents and records are up to date and securely maintained.
- Assist with HR audits, statutory compliance, and policy implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience
in HR Administration or HR Operations. - Strong communication skills in
English, Hindi & Telugu
(mandatory). - Hands-on experience with HR Management Software (HRMS)
such as Keka, greytHR, Zoho People, Darwinbox, etc. - Expertise in attendance management, payroll inputs, and leave management.
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
