Role Overview:

As a City/Area Collection Manager, you will be responsible for managing field collections, driving agency performance, and ensuring delinquency targets are met. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of collection processes and hands-on experience in agency management.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of process management in collections
  • Proficient in working with modern collection systems
  • Allocate and monitor delinquent accounts with collection agencies
  • Drive resolution targets and monitor agency performance
    •Engage with delinquent customers via calls, emails, and visits
  • Negotiate repayment terms based on customer financial situations
  • Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and customer interactions
  • Handle operational activities related to repayments and debit authorizations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal processes
  • Deliver customer-centric solutions with empathy

Experience and Qualification Required:

  • 4 8 years experience in Collection Agency Management and Field Collections.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Graduation Mandatory
