Role Overview

As an
Area Sales Manager (On-Field Sales)
, you'll be responsible for driving
B2B sales growth
across Chennai — developing
retail and OEM networks
, building long-term client relationships, and promoting our premium interior hardware range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular visits to
    retail outlets, showrooms, and OEM clients
    .
  • Build and manage relationships with
    architects, interior designers, and trade partners
    .
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (preferred).
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
    in interiors, modular kitchens, laminates, or hardware.
  • Strong network within
    retail and OEM segments
    in Chennai.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driving license and willingness for local travel.
