Job Description:
Dynamic sales professionals and Managers required who are capable and willing to build a new business and would be responsible for selling Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property, Home Loans etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients to understand their financial needs and generate leads through open markets and referrals.
Product Sales: Present and explain loan products and services, such as home loans, personal loans, or mortgage loans, to clients.
Financial Analysis: Analyze clients' financial information to recommend suitable and tailored loan solutions.
Loan Application Support: Guide clients through the entire loan application process, including completing necessary paperwork and submitting documentation.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing updates and excellent service to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics to contribute to the growth of the sales team.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about loan products, market trends, and relevant financial regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and build relationships.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to drive sales, negotiate, and achieve sales quotas.
Financial Knowledge: A good understanding of various loan products and financial markets.
Customer Service: Strong customer-focused attitude to ensure client satisfaction.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage leads, documents, and the loan application process efficiently.
Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like finance or business is often beneficial.
