Role: Business Development Manager

We are looking for a
dynamic and driven Business Development Manager
to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, skilled at building relationships, and motivated to deliver growth by connecting businesses with the right office spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients seeking office spaces across Bangalore.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate partners.
  • Understand client requirements, curate office space options, and manage the deal cycle from lead to closure.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with property consultants and operations team to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in
    business development / sales
    (real estate, coworking, or commercial property experience preferred).
  • Strong network in Bangalore's commercial real estate or related sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork/site visits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
