Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in Greater Bengaluru Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The role includes tasks such as market research, creating business strategies, attending client meetings, and preparing sales presentations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
Qualifications
- Business development, Sales, and Account Management skills
- Market research and Business Strategy development experience
- Strong relationship management and Client engagement skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
