About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HRIS management, HR data analytics, payroll reconciliation, and HR process automation. This role will serve as a key enabler for HR Business Partners and Business Leaders by providing actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy, and streamlining HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • HRIS & HRMS Management
    • Manage and maintain employee data across HRMS platforms (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
    • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance in all HR systems.
  • HR Data & Reporting
    • Handle large volumes of HR data with accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics using Excel and other reporting tools.
    • Provide insights and trends to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders for decision-making.
  • Payroll & Compliance
    • Perform payroll reconciliation and ensure accurate processing in collaboration with the payroll team.
    • Maintain updated HR documents, employee personnel files, and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Process Excellence & Automation
    • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation (AI or RPA tools).
    • Willingness to upskill and implement automation initiatives to enhance HR efficiency.
  • Employee Lifecycle Support
    • Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and other HR activities.
Key Requirements
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in HR Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards etc) and exposure to reporting/analytics tools.
  • Strong experience in managing and analyzing large HR data sets.
  • Knowledge of payroll reconciliation processes.
  • Experience in maintaining and managing HR documents and personnel files.
  • Exposure to HR process automation using AI/RPA tools (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to provide insights and solutions.
Good to Have
  • Certification in HR Analytics, HRIS, or RPA tools.
  • Experience in digital HR transformation projects.
