About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Operations Executive
to manage core HR processes, employee lifecycle activities, and HR system operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
onboarding, payroll processing, HRIS automation, and HR reporting
. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, induction, and background verification.
  • Handle payroll processing with accuracy, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems, support automation initiatives, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for HR-related queries and compliance.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement in HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR tools, payroll systems, and HRIS platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reports and analysis.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliances related to payroll and employee benefits.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
