We are looking for an HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
  • Support performance management and appraisal activities.
  • Assist in policy implementation and compliance.
  • Organize employee engagement and training programs.
  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must Have Two Wheeler
  • Experience in handling recruitment portals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
