About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive with over 2 years of hands-on experience in human resources, preferably within the hospitality or service industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a passion for driving HR excellence.Candidates currently residing in Coimbatore or willing to relocate will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Oversee attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Assist in performance management, appraisal coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update HR records and MIS reports accurately.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Monitor and support employee training and development activities.
  • Assist in developing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR operations.
  • Participate in employee engagement and welfare activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role (experience in the hospitality industry preferred).
  • Proven experience in recruitment for IT, service, and restaurant sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
  • Candidates from Coimbatore or nearby areas will be prioritized.
  • Fluent in English and Tamil; Hindi preferred.
