Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent, supporting recruitment efforts across various departments, and ensuring the organization meets its staffing needs in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Prepare and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs, ensuring the right candidates are identified and hired.
- Job Postings: Create and post job listings on various platforms, ensuring job descriptions are clear, accurate, and appealing.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Employee Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources for a successful start.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Policy Making & Implementation: Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws. Create company manuals for attendance, leave, conduct, salary, and performance management. Ensure policies are communicated effectively to all employees.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory HR requirements. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of HR data.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (3-5 years).
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
