Lead - HR Operations | Cybersecurity Nxxt | Coimbatore (On-site) based in Coimbatore, dedicated to building secure and resilient digital ecosystems. We are expanding our India operations and are looking for an experienced Lead - HR Operations to lead and strengthen our people operations, compliance, and HR systems.

Job Title: Lead - HR Operations

Location: Coimbatore (On-site Mandatory)

Industry: Information Technology & Services / Cybersecurity

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR Operations across payroll, statutory compliance, and HR administration.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.).
  • Manage and administer HRMS systems configuration, data accuracy, reporting, and process automation.
  • Oversee Payroll and Taxation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to all regulatory standards.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and insights for management and audits.
  • Support complete Employee Lifecycle processes Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Engagement, and Exits.
  • Manage audits, inspections, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR operations, compliance, and people management issues.
  • Drive process efficiency, data integrity, and policy compliance across HR functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8+ years of HR experience with strong expertise in Operations, Payroll, and Compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
  • Experience with HR System Administration / Configuration (KEKA HR, or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of Payroll Processing, Taxation, and HR Reporting.
  • Exposure to Talent Acquisition and Employee Lifecycle Management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills articulate, confident, and professional.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
