About the Role:

Lumous Global Ventures is looking for an experienced and versatile HR Lead with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Statutory Compliance.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on with recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, database management, and also capable of managing ESI, PF, and labor law-related compliance.

This is a key leadership role in a growing staffing and recruitment startup, where you'll work closely with management to build efficient systems, establish institutional tie-ups, and manage multi-industry hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations


• Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple domains — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating, and closing positions.


• Build strong candidate databases and talent pipelines for current and future needs.


• Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed to identify and connect with quality talent.


• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes.


• Manage campus hiring, MOU signings, and college partnerships for bulk and entry-level sourcing.

Database & Process Management


• Create and maintain structured candidate databases with accurate details and updates.


• Maintain recruitment dashboards, track performance metrics, and generate hiring reports.


• Support automation and system improvements to streamline HR and recruitment workflows.

Statutory & Compliance Management


• Manage and maintain ESI, PF, and other statutory compliance as per government norms.


• Handle employee onboarding documentation, ID generation, and compliance filing.


• Liaise with external consultants or government departments as required.


• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employee record maintenance, and audit readiness.

Team & HR Coordination


• Coordinate with internal recruitment and HR teams for daily operations.


• Assist in payroll data preparation and monthly HR reports.


• Support employee engagement, onboarding, and basic HR operations.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.


• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and HR Operations.


• Strong working knowledge of ESI, PF, labor law compliance, and HR documentation.


• Proven experience in building recruitment databases and handling multi-domain hiring.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.


• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a startup environment.


• Experience in college tie-ups and mass hiring will be an added advantage.
