The HR Executive role at Webbitech is a junior-level position based in Coimbatore, requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.   • Strong conflict resolution skills to address and mediate employee disputes and grievances effectively.

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Foster a positive work environment by facilitating open communication and resolving employee disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and suggest improvements.
  • Organize and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Administer the benefits and compensation programs, ensuring market competitiveness.
  • Utilize HRIS for maintaining records and generating necessary reports.
