The HR Executive role at Webbitech is a junior-level position based in Coimbatore, requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.   • Organize and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Administer the benefits and compensation programs, ensuring market competitiveness.
  • Utilize HRIS for maintaining records and generating necessary reports.
