Job Title: Business Development Associate (EdTech – Night Shift)

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Associates to join our growing EdTech team. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about sales, education, and technology. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a learning mindset are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential students and parents over calls and emails to promote educational products and programs.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable course recommendations.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain strong client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Technical Requirement: Must have a personal laptop.
  • Shift: Night Shift (US process).

Salary:

Competitive – based on experience and performance (Up to 5 LPA for experienced candidates).
