Role Overview
As a
Business Development Associate (BDA)
, you will play a key role in driving growth by connecting with prospective learners, understanding their learning goals, and guiding them toward suitable programs. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and networking.
- Engage with prospective students through calls, messages, or meetings to understand their needs.
- Present program details effectively, highlighting the benefits, curriculum, and career outcomes.
- Follow up with potential leads to convert them into enrollments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in the CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship roles (preferably in EdTech or Training industry
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong organizational and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) is an added advantage.
