Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a BDA (Business Development Associate). The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting client meetings, creating sales pitches, and achieving individual and team targets. The role demands a proactive approach and the ability to represent Bhanzu professionally and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with prospective clients and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Business development and sales proficiency, including market research, client engagement, and the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills to identify and address client needs efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment to ensure collaboration and achieve common goals.
  • Familiarity with educational tools, platforms, or experience in the EdTech industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
