Shift: Night Shift (US/International Market)

Equipment: Must have a personal laptop

Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Associates to join our fast-growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, connecting with potential learners, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Understand learner needs and recommend suitable academic programs.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing learners.
  • Maintain accurate records of communication and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth conversions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (any discipline).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in the night shift (US/International process).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and learning.
  • Must own a laptop and be comfortable working from the office.
