Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position in Bengaluru for the role of Business Development Associate (BDA) working in a US-Night shift. The BDA will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and conducting presentations to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to secure deals and build partnerships
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and proposing innovative ideas
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in a US-night shift role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
