Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated
Business Development Associate (BDA)
to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong desire to achieve targets, and the ability to work night shifts to cater to international markets. A personal laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand customer needs and pitch suitable educational products and services.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects to close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field (mandatory).
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Willingness to work
    night shifts
    (US/International time zones).
  • A personal
    laptop
    and reliable internet connection are required.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes (preferred).
