Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns pursuing BBA or MBA to support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and policy implementation within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing resumes through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview rounds and maintain candidate communication.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, databases, and documentation.
- Assist in attendance management and leave tracking.
- Support daily HR tasks, including file management and HR documentation.
- Help with preparation of appointment letters, ID cards, and joining formalities.
3. Employee Engagement
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events.
- Conduct surveys and collect feedback to enhance employee experience.
- Coordinate training programs and internal communication.
4. Performance & Learning Support
- Assist in tracking KPIs, appraisal forms, and performance review processes.
- Help in scheduling training sessions and maintaining training records.
5. HR Compliance & Policies
- Support in maintaining statutory documents and compliance records.
- Help update HR policies and procedures as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Pursuing BBA/MBA with specialization in HR (or recent graduate).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interest in HR functions and people management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach.
