We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship opportunity is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition field

**RESPONSIBITITIES:

- **Interview Coordination**: Support the interview process by scheduling interviews, coordinating interview panels, and preparing interview materials.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including creating reports, managing recruitment-related documents, and ensuring a smooth interview process.
- **Employer Branding**: Contribute to our employer branding efforts by assisting with job postings, creating content for social media, and other initiatives to attract top talent.
- **Learning and Development**: Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your understanding of recruitment best practices and HR processes.

**REQUIREMENTS:

- **
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
