Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in various day-to-day tasks. The internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview feedback and follow-ups.

Onboarding & Documentation:

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires (documentation, welcome kits, induction).
  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR files.

HR Operations:

  • Assist in daily HR activities like attendance tracking, leave management, and data entry.
  • Support the preparation of HR letters, ID cards, and employee forms.

Employee Engagement:

  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, birthdays, and internal events.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys and assist in analysis.

Learning & Development:

  • Coordinate internal trainings and maintain training records.
  • Assist in creating HR presentations or content as needed.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in MBA/BBA in HR, Psychology, Commerce, or related field.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
