Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in various day-to-day activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. It's a great opportunity for candidates who wish to start their career in HR and learn practical aspects of people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Support in joining formalities, document collection, and employee record management.
  • Help maintain attendance, leave, and payroll-related data.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as instructed.
  • Support HR team in training coordination and internal communication.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee data and HR-related information.
  • Participate in HR meetings and contribute fresh ideas for process improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA, MBA-HR, or related field).
  • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
