About the Role:

Techflux Solutions is seeking a female HR Intern who will assist in managing finance-related tasks along with recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in both HR and Finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily finance operations such as expense tracking, vendor payments, and maintaining financial records.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports and documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment data.
  • Coordinate with departments for attendance, payroll, and employee record management.
  • Provide administrative support to both HR and Finance departments.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Female candidates pursuing or completed B.Com / BBA / MBA (HR or Finance).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and HR functions.
  • Strong coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Eagerness to learn and perform in a dynamic environment.
