Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and passionate HR Intern who is interested in building a career in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.

You will work closely with the HR Manager & Project Teams to hire top talent, manage HR processes, and support daily HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases
  • Conduct telephonic interviews, schedule rounds, coordinate with hiring managers
  • Assist in end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and documentation
  • Support hiring for roles in Tech, Development, Design, Marketing, and Operations

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Assist in attendance management, HR documentation, and induction processes
  • Support in HR policy implementation, employee engagement activities, and performance tracking
  • Coordinate internal communications and office HR activities

Required Skills

  • Strong interest in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, coordinate, and follow HR processes
  • Good command over MS Excel, Google Sheets & ATS tools (training provided)
  • Highly proactive, responsible, and eager to learn

Eligibility

  • Students pursuing BBA, BMS, BCom, MBA-HR, or any HR-related field
  • Freshers welcomed
  • MUST be from Mumbai Western Line (Virar to Churchgate)
  • Available for 3 to 6 months, full-time, in-office internship
