Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and driven HR Recruitment Interns to join our team. This internship will give you hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and the opportunity to work with experienced HR professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
  • Screening resumes to match candidate profiles with job requirements.
  • Conducting telephonic discussions with candidates to assess their fitment.
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Supporting in salary negotiation and offer discussions.
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
