Roles and responsibilities include, as an IT recruiter:

  • Strong knowledge of IT skillsets
  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to filter candidates within the schedule
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Well-versed in Vendor Management and Client handling
  • Excel
  • Fluent English

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate technical interviews.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions.
