We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team at Dcodetech IT Industrial Training Pvt. Ltd., a leading EdTech organization focused on skill-based learning and career growth.

As an HR Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in core HR operations, student placement coordination, and recruitment activities while working closely with our HR team.

Please note: This opportunity is open only to candidates based in Navi Mumbai, Thane, or Mumbai. Applicants from other locations will not be eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Support in student placement drives and coordinate with partner companies
  • Maintain candidate and student placement records
  • Help organize onboarding, induction, and engagement programs
  • Collaborate with the HR team for training and performance initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Management, or related field (pursuing or recent graduate)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced EdTech environment
