Maintaining and organizing files, documents, and records.
- Office Management
Ordering and managing office supplies.
Coordinating with vendors and service providers.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Human Resources Support
Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
Maintaining employee records and attendance.
Handling payroll and benefits administration (in some cases).
- Financial & Budgeting Support
Processing invoices, expenses, and reimbursements.
Assisting with budget preparation and expense tracking.
- IT and Data Management
Managing databases, reports, and data entry tasks.
Coordinating with IT teams for system maintenance.
- Customer and Vendor Relations
Acting as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Volunteer
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
