Hiring for a General Insurance Company
Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Sales professional to manage digital partnerships and online sales. The role combines sales growth, relationship management, and operational excellence to ensure smooth partner experience and deliver business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales & renewal targets with assigned partners, ensuring revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best-in-class policy issuance TAT and smooth operations.
- Resolve and route all partner queries, including AHC bookings, endorsements, claims, issuance, and other operational matters.
- Maintain a strong market share among insurers at partner platforms.
- Oversee end-to-end product integrations, working with technology and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Drive partner growth by achieving new business and renewal targets through effective collaboration.
- Take full responsibility for revenue/sales targets of assigned partners and track progress against monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement strategies for exponential growth.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, ensuring timely delivery across IT, underwriting, and operations functions.
- Leverage data-driven insights for decision making and performance improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4-8 years experience in digital sales/partnerships within insurance/BFSI.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
- Experience handling digital/aggregator partnerships and backend operations.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
