Role expectations:
  • 10-15+ years of relevant sales experience in System integration
  •  Broad experience in the market of industrial automation and IT in general with strong connections in potential customers and partners.
  • Ensure business growth by identifying market opportunities, creating demand, and formulating sales strategies in collaboration with the management of the company as well as the mother company's teams.
  • Imply active hands-on sales and pre-sales experience which will require strong technical sales skills and being equally comfortable in a conference room, at a plant or a data processing center.
  • Build and maintain strong and meaningful relations within the top tier Indian industrial companies based on the customer long-term objectives and day-to-day interaction with the responsible roles within any given account
  • Experience in catering to Indian geography
  • Should possess profound knowledge of customer landscape in oil and gas/transportation/industrial automation
