Key Responsibilities:

1. HR MIS & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain HR MIS reports covering manpower, attendance, attrition, training, payroll, and compliance.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and HR analytics for management review.
  • Track and analyse HR KPIs (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, hiring TAT, training hours).
  • Provide actionable insights from MIS data to support strategic HR decisions.
  • Utilize advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, macros) for HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Handle SPINE system and payroll overview.

2. Statutory Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure statutory compliance through coordination with consultants.
  • Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and statutory bodies during inspections.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including time office management, payroll inputs, and attendance.

3. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in coordination with HODs and prepare annual training plans.
  • Conduct sessions on safety, skill development, and soft skills.
  • Implement succession planning and career development initiatives.

4. Performance Management

  • Drive the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion.
  • Partner with line managers to monitor employee performance and address gaps.

5. Policy & Process Implementation

  • Implement HR policies and procedures across all levels.
  • Drive discipline, code of conduct, and adherence to company values.
  • Continuously review and improve HR processes for efficiency.

6. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and workers.
  • Maintain optimum manpower levels to meet production requirements.
  • Coordinate with line managers to forecast and plan workforce needs.
