Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Client Partner to lead client relationships, manage recruitment delivery, and drive a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, building long-term partnerships, and achieving hiring goals across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusted partnerships.
  • Understand client business needs, hiring requirements, and talent challenges to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Ensure service excellence by delivering quality candidates within agreed timelines.
  • Drive client retention and growth through proactive relationship management.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Allocate work, monitor performance, and provide continuous coaching and feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
  • Upskill the team on recruitment practices, client communication, and industry trends.

Recruitment Delivery:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment across multiple industries and levels.
  • Ensure sourcing, screening, and selection processes are aligned with client expectations.
  • Partner with clients on market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely reporting to both management and clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, client management, and team handling (preferably in an HR consultancy / recruitment firm).
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes across industries.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve recruitment targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
