We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, and assisting in building HR policies and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience to grow their career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee engagement activities, events, and feedback sessions.
  • Payroll & Attendance
  • Assist in attendance management, leave tracking, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure timely submission of salary inputs and employee benefits.

Pay: ₹10, ₹14,000.00 per month
