
HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The role involves handling recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and employee engagement to support organizational growth and create a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, workers, and technical positions.
- Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities of employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Support payroll preparation and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, factory rules, etc.).
- Address employee grievances and promote a healthy work environment.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, overtime, attrition, etc.) for management.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (manufacturing/plant experience preferred).
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
