About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Generalist) to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The role involves handling the entire employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, compliance, performance management, and exit formalities. You will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination with hiring managers).
- Handle job postings, headhunting, and maintain candidate databases.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and negotiate offers.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts.
- Facilitate joining formalities and induction programs.
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
3. HR Operations & Employee Engagement
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and leave/attendance management.
- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
- Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
4. Exit Management
- Manage resignation, clearance, and exit interview processes.
- Handle full & final settlement formalities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRMS.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Problem-solving and people management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience in a corporate environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
