We're Hiring: Manager Sales & Business Development (Folding Cartons /

Luxury Packaging)

Location: Based near Silvassa (Vapi, Valsad, Daman, or surrounding industrial zones)

Company: AKAR Printing. Publishing. Packaging.

Were looking for a sharp, self-driven professional to drive new client acquisition for our

high-end folding carton and value-added packaging division.

This role is ideal for someone with strong industry connects in segments where premium

packaging matters—and who can bring in business from Day 1.

Role Overview

As Manager – Sales & BD, you'll:

  • Identify and acquire new clients across relevant industrial segments near Silvassa
  • Focus on sectors where premium and embellished packaging adds customer value
  • Leverage existing relationships to ensure immediate business wins
  • Work independently with structured support from Prepress & Commercial teams
  • Collaborate on pricing and solutioning based on project scope and commercial viability
  • Deliver on monthly revenue targets for both Top Line & Bottom Line growth

Who You Should Be

  • 5+ years of experience in folding carton packaging sales
  • Proven performer in driving new business development
  • Strong connects in industries such as Cosmetics, Fashion, Stationery, Consumer

Goods, Perfumes, Personal Care, Electronics Accessories, or any sector requiring

high-value presentation and packaging

  • Self-starter with a disciplined work ethic and strong follow-up capability
  • Effective communicator who can translate customer needs into solutions
