Role & responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunity by evaluating Industry/Customers requirement, establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective customers and recommending solution.
  • Candidate should be well versed with the products includes PVC, XLPE Compounds, Masterbatches, wire PVC compound, wire and cable PVC compound.
  • Maintains relationship with clients by providing support, information & guidance.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiates.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
  • Generate revenues by driving business operations. Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities to gain more Market Share.
  • Travel extensively as per job requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education - Any Graduate/ Post Graduate, Technical qualification will be preferred.
  • Experience years experience in Polymer Compounding (Wire & Cable)
  • Skills - Presentation Skills, Client-relationships, Meeting sales goals, Emphasizing Excellence, Sales planning, Motivation for sales, ,Negotiation.
  • Other characteristics such as personal characteristics, Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills.
