About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected professional to lead Regional B2B sales for diamond jewelry business. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and chain stores across North / South / East / West India, and a proven track record of driving sales growth in the jewelry sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong business relationships with jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and chain stores pan-India.
  • Drive sales of diamond jewelry collections through effective networking, client servicing, and consultative selling.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base across regions.
  • Regularly visit clients, attend trade shows/exhibitions, and represent the brand at industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, and logistics) to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support product development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B diamond or fine jewelry sales.
  • Strong and active network of jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and chain stores across India.
  • Direct Contact with Purchase Managers & Owners
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Preferred Profile:

  • Candidates already based in Jaipur.
  • Experience in diamond jewelry B2B sales with a strong book of active clients.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹650,000.00 per year
